The US markets closed flat in another lackluster session, following a pair of mixed economic reports and ahead of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke’s speech on Friday at Jackson Hole.
Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.17% or 21.68 points at 13102.99. Nasdaq Composite was up 0.13% or 3.95 points at 3077.14. Standard & Poor’s 500 was down 0.08% or 1.14 points at 1409.3.
