The benchmark 10-year Treasury note traded 1-13/32 lower in price to yield 2.28 percent, the highest since October 31 and up from 2.13 percent late Tuesday. Yields had the biggest two-day rise since October, putting some room between the 1.67 percent mark reached in September, which was the lowest in at least 60 years.
