Benchmark 10-year Treasury notes last traded up 16/32 in price, yielding 2.01 percent, down nearly 6 basis points from late Tuesday. The 10-year yield briefly dipped below 2 percent after it retested its one-month high of 2.08 percent in early overseas trading.
